With inflation rates of around 30% just last year, why would Hugo Chavez campaign to allow him to run for re-election indefinitely? He already failed the first time around, and it still seems that people are not buying into this a second time around.
Oil prices have fallen wildly and recession is just on Venezuela's doorsteps. Will Chavez really concentrate on term limit extension at this point?
