Venezuelans want out

By Crissy at 03/02/07 21:17

Venezuelans aren't happy about Hugo Chavez and what he's doing to Venezuela. The more socialist he makes the country, the more uneasy wealthy Venezuelans become. So they're trying to move to Florida. They've been investing in Florida for second and vacation homes, so moving there permanently sounds like a pretty logical move.

Venezuela won't sign OAS declaration

By Crissy at 03/02/07 20:04
Venezuela has refused to sign the OAS anti-terrorism declaration. Venezuela will continue to refuse to sign the declaration as long as the United States has a man accused of bombing a Cuban jetliner in 1976 in custody. Venezuela is against terrorism, but wants Luis Posada Carriles dealt with. Venezuela feels the U.S. is protecting Carriles instead of just holding him until he can be deported.
