This is a very interesting way to present this topic. Take a false statement: "President Chavez Orders Globovision Closure". Put a question mark at the end of it: "President Chavez Orders Globovision Closure?" Now what do you have? A phrase which gets spread around the internet as a statement, albeit false. Do I exaggerate. No, type into google the phrase President Chavez Orders Globovision Closure and you get at least one hit without the questions mark. The answer to the question your article asks is No. But you paragraph under the question does not say that. All part of a campaign to confuse the global public about what is really going on in Venezuela. And why? Perhaps the top of your website explains it "South America. Travel. Investments. Real Estate. News." In other words, capitalism and propaganda.
