Embassies are essential as they are a small representation of their country in another foreign country. Embassies are important to expatriates and tourists who came in conflict with the foreign countries law they're at. Basically, embassies will aid to the help of their countrymen to legal means possible, but what if the embassy itself encounters or violated a foreign law themselves. Suspects for tourist murder arrested

Three fishermen who were suspected to be the murderers of a US tourist in the country's Caribbean coast were arrested last Wednesday, says local authorities.

Kenneth Dale Peters, 55, was robbed first then shot by armed men last Saturday. Peters' friend, Stephen Davis, was wounded by the robbers.
