For Thursday Bidding for the Carabobo projects is supposed to be scheduled. Registration had ended just this week which has passed.

According to reports, Rafael Ramirez, known as the Oil Minister of the country, had made mention that there would be two consortia, at least, who had completed the formal sign-up process for the auction.

The specific area of the country is considered to be very much, oil rich. It contains a petroleum reserve that had been estimated to stand at fifteen billion barrels.
